Full-Time House Maintenance and Cleaning needed!

We are a boutique dog training house looking for a motivated House Maintenance and Cleaning person who will perform regular maintenance, landscaping, cleaning and minor repairs, making sure that the grounds and the building ate always properly cared for. Qualifications Must be comfortable working around multiple dogs. Must perform the job in a safe and efficient manner Working experience and basic knowledge of gardening, cleaning, basic plumbing, painting, carpentry etc Must be an honest and reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision Strong attention to detail required Responsibilities Perform ongoing landscaping tasks such as removal of trash, dog hair and debris, blowing areas off, sweeping, raking, mulching, mowing, trimming, edging, watering and planting, prune the bushes and trees, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured look. Maintain the sprinkler system operating properly. Maintain the vegetable and herb garden. Perform routine deep cleaning and disinfecting of dog indoor and outdoor areas, office, equipments, tools, materials, cabinets, refrigerator and trash bins. Fix gates, door hinges, knobs, hang objects, build furniture, painting, etc Routinely clean and disinfect crates. Routinely apply flea and tick product in front and backyard, monitor and apply preventative measures against rodents and bugs. Charge and replace cameras’ batteries daily, keeping it clean and working at all times. Take trash out and back in, replace trash bags, wash trash bins. Take dog bed covers and towels to the laundry. Sweep and vacuum the house, keep deck well maintained etc. This is a full-time position and we pay $16-$18/ hour depending on experience. Schedule: Monday thru Friday, from 8am to 5pm Location: Northridge, CA
