May Team Realtors is seeking a Maintenance/Handyman person to handle our single family and multi-unit family homes. Part -Time AND Full Time depending on issues, hourly or negotiable wage paid per week Knowledge of Section 8 requirements to pass inspection is helpful, or willingness to learn. Understanding Management/Real Estate requirements since certain guidelines ~ Fair Housing Requirements have to be met Positive attitude May also need to conduct inspections Some weekends and nights may be required Having your own tools is NOT required but encouraged. Reliable transportation/truck Background check and or referral is required.
