Join Michele with Free to Be Art as we paint a friendly butterfly! Beginner level, no experience necessary, open to ages 10 and up. Michele will take you through the painting step by step. All supplies provided. You will receive a pre-sketched 16"x20" canvas and you can choose your colors. The design being created is similar to the photo, a butterfly. Be sure to dress for the mess! Acrylic does stain. We provide aprons but sometimes there isn't quite enough, so we recommend you wear clothing that is okay to get paint on. You are welcome to bring your own apron as well. About the Artist: Michele began Free To Be Art so that people who believe they have no artistic ability might be able to let loose a little and change that thinking. She wants to create a safe place to experiment and have fun with art. Michele loves teaching new skills, but more than that she loves seeing people remember that they loved art as a kid and they still do. She thinks of Free To Be Art as a starting place for self-discovery. It is a fun place where friends can hang out together and be themselves. She doesn't have regular hours as she schedules classes at different times every week. All supplies are included in the class fee.
