Pop-up Kundalini Class! We practice cleansing exercises or actions called Kriyas in Kundalini Yoga. In Kundalini, we use the multi-faceted methods of yogic practice such as mantra (chanting), mudra (hand gestures), Drishti (gaze), pranayama (breathing exercises), and dynamic stretching (yoga postures) to create an experience that helps students to concentrate on the task at hand with by-product result of a state of meditation or clarity. It’s like a brain flush! Feel refreshed with Kundalini Yoga!
This class is for all-levels, first timers included.
Specialty Class Investment: $8 for members and $10 for non-members
