About 4,000 bottles were released --- paired with Goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in prosciuttoThe 2013 Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch 125th Anniversary is bottled at barrel strength, 111.8 proof, and is a blend of three Four Roses recipes: an 18-year OBSV, a 13-year OBSK and a 13-year OESK--- paired with Brie topped with Steen's cane syrup soaked peachesThe 2014 Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch is a blend of four different vintages of Four Roses recipes: 12 year OESV, 11 year OBSF, 13 year OBSV and 9 year OBSK 103.2 proof--- paired with smoked maple salmon atop pecorino crispsThe 2015 Limited Edition Small Batch is a blend of a 16 year OBSK, 15 year OESK, 14 year OESK and an 11 year OBSV.
