Get on your blue-green mind! Learn or relearn the basics of Standup Paddleboarding (SUP) and SUP Yoga on a calm in-land lake surrounded by trees with Lisa Meranti of OneTreeLove. This SUP yogAdventure will include instructions on safety, board anatomy, paddle basics, and SUPyoga. Level/Ages: Most SUP yogAdventures are open to ages 15+ (youth must have guardian supervision); see special class for youth starting at 10 years old. All participants must be able to swim and perform essential skills listed below. Leashes are highly recommended. In the event of thunder and lightning, a cancellation and refund may occur up to a hour prior or delay for maximum of one hour. Essential Eligibility Criteria: Participants must be about to independently perform essential skills, such as -- get on board from land and water, hold breath while underwater, hold head upright, effectively communicate, turn from face-down to face-up and float while wearing a life jacket, and maintain an appropriate and safe body position.
