If anyone can help, I'd be super appreciative. I have a 2007 corolla with a manual transmission, one of the passenger side strut mounting bolts popped out and the CV axle broke (luckily it was in a parking lot). I have a replacement axle but the boot end that goes into the transmission is stuck in there. I've been prying and prying at it for the last few days and I've been able to get it to come out about an inch. I have it marinating in PBBlaster but I'm all out of fresh tricks. If you have a method to remove this sucker and want to make a $100, I'll reward you if you are successful - even if it takes 2 minutes. I have some tools, however, if you have your own, you can bring whatever you need. This is for removal only, I will finish the rest of the job. Hopefully, someone out there has some cool device or new trick to remove this thing, but I'm out of patience with it. Drop me a line if interested. I'm near i10 and Highway 6 area.
