This will be the 1st UBL League Tournament. The league will be scouting players to join the league as well as promotion. This is a 10 -Team Single Elimination Tournament, Streetball rules. TOURNAMENT RULES:2/15 MINUTE QUARTERS!! RUNNING CLOCK!! **LAST 2 MINUTES OF 2ND HALF CLOCK WILL STOP FOR FREE THROWS** 24 SECOND SHOT CLOCK !! Full Court 5 -ON-5 Flip a coin to decide who gets ball Shots worth 1 point, and 2 points from 3 range Obvious fouls will be called Usual travelling or carrying the ball, as used for tricks and crossovers are allowed. Aggression is allowed, ABSOLUTELY NO VIOLENCE (GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION)
