Note: This event is for High Desert Human Design conference attendees ONLY! J​oin us in imbibing some of Jonah's favorite craft scotches, including Great King Street Artist Blend and collector's choice Springbank 15. We'll talk about why chill filtering, caramel coloring, and 40% ABV are giveaways of commercialism, studiously avoided in craft presentations. We'll share our tasting notes and then watch a video from renowned whisky YouTuber Ralfy (ralfy.com) to compare! Featuring The Taste Buds The Taste Buds are a rotating cast of Taste cognition folks who are here to bring YOU new, unusual, and delicious pairings for your whisky, mezcal and wine needs! ​ This event has a recommended $25 donation if you did NOT donate to the conference. Info about Springbank 15: Region: Campbelltown Type: Single malt ABV: 46% Age: 15yrs Color: Copper Springbank 15 is a part of their core line-up. It is distilled 2.5 times before being matured in 100% sherry barrels for a minimum of 15 years. It is also bottled without any added coloring or chill filtration.
