Description

The S.A.F.E. protest is being organized by moms whose children have been diagnosed with cancers that may have been prevented if the contaminated sites near their homes had been properly cleaned. There are over 1,300 environmental emergency (Superfund) sites in America that are exposing children to toxic and radioactive contamination. The EPA has neglected, delayed, or implemented insufficient cleanups in order to protect the polluters, instead of protecting people. That's why we're protesting with communities across the U.S. to demand the proper cleanups of EPA sites in order to protect our children from cancer! Guest speakers include Erin Brockovich and more!
