Experienced Cleaning Technician/Janitor who is Dependable, Self-Motivated, and Reliable. Do you love to Clean? If so, this is the perfect position for you! LNK Property Care in Lincoln, NE is in search of a Cleaning technician! Our ideal candidate is Attentive, Punctual, Reliable and a Thorough Cleaner. This position is a Monday-Friday with rotating weekend work. Paid weekly, Starting Pay is based on experience but starting at $14, Must be available to Start Immediately! This position consists mostly of client based work, so having great customer service skills and building lasting relationships is a must! Qualified Applicants will complete a Telephone Interview with the company owner. Responsibilities: Ability to work independently with limited supervision is a must Clean Commercial or Residential (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, etc) Turning over Air bnbs, apartments, homes, commercial properties Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify Supervisor of supply deficiencies or need for repairs Follow all health, safety regulations Daily task meetings and weekly recaps All supplies provided, Possibility of promotion to having a company vehicle Qualifications: Previous Cleaning Experience and/or related field; preferred Knows how to complete cleaning tasks thoroughly Must have reliable transportation Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. Mentally & Physically fit to clean for 6-7 hours at a time. Have a working Cell Phone (Needed to clock-in/clock-out on job site). Must speak English
