Maintaining a clean firearm is essential for accuracy, reliability, and longevity. A fouled mechanism is one of the most common areas affecting both the firearm and shooter’s performance. Our AR-15 cleaning workshop is designed to help rifle owners develop a better understand the cleaning and maintenance process. This 4-hr. hands-on class includes: • Review of the maintenance process • Disassembly • Cleaning • Inspection • Recommended lubrication • Reassembly and operational check This is a 100% hands-on class. Firearms owners are guided through the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly process for the AR-15 rifle. We’ll provide an explanation of the proper method of cleaning their specific firearm, tools and materials needed, and how to set up an effective maintenance schedule. We’ll also discuss long-term firearms preservation, if extended periods of storage are anticipated. Prerequisite: NRA First Steps Orientation – AR-15 or equivalent experience Workshop: 4-hours Price: $45.00 per rifle
