We have designed a truly dynamic experience for all levels of hairstylists, that delivers salon professional education, personal branding and the excitemeant of your own photo shoot! As a fellow salon professional, I am extremely passionate to help fellow stylists not only get inspired but to feel absolutely confident to work on all hair types. The Editorial Workshop, Curly Hair Edition, will give you hair color and styling techniques specifically designed for curly hair as well as the opportunity to stretch your creativity and collaboration with our team while working on a live model. Our goal is for you to capture all the new knowledge , work with fellow artists, create new professional content including an option for your own exclusive social media release , which will attract new guests, share your personal behind the scenes and catch the eye of industry publications. Day 1 : Spend the day learning new hair color and hair styling techniques designed specifically for curly hair. Truly understand the characteristics of natural texture to provide exceptional hair services to all texture types. Learn from industry professionals on how to create your brand, how to take better photos in the salon, and how to expand your audience through social media. We will be providing mannequins for day 1. Day 2: Get immersed in your own Live Photo shoot . A collaboration that includes one model per two attendees and our team including wardrobe stylists and make up artists, to provide the ultimate learning experience. Gain all the confidence while creating beautiful hair with us, while we help coach, advise and set you up for success! ($110 Value!) -Panel of industry leaders share their hot tips to a successful creative business, hot tips on how to take your own photos and videos , how to use social media to create and separate your own brand to stand out! -Create your own mood board , what’s the story you want to tell through your images. - Plan the two looks you and your partner will create. ( we pair you up to maximize your time ) DAY 2 9AM -5PM ( it is a staggered time slot of 5 hours) Time to shoot! -You are your partner will create 2 looks with one model. 4 edited images created -The model will have 2 wardrobe changes, although the focus is on the hair! -If you added the social media package, headshots and behind the scenes content is captured during this time.
