Here is where you will find like minded people in your area who want to improve mobility, relieve stress and get stronger! This class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice including meditation and breath work. With a combination of mobility and strength and a focus on proper alignment, this flow was made for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Newbies flow at your own pace to prevent or aid in healing injuries and pros have the chance to refine their practice. Let’s get stronger physically and mentally TOGETHER. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you have a mat please bring it, I will have a few extras. In the event of inclement weather the class will be canceled/and or rescheduled for a later date. *All donations accepted and appreciated*
