Learn the basic tools and equipment used for woodworking and get introduced to our wood shop. You will learn general safety and best practices for using your home wood shop or using the LaunchSpace wood shop as a member. Upon completion and proof of safety and understand this orientation will give new members access to the wood shop. Topics and equipment you will learn during the two hour class include: General safety and use for; MITER SAWTABLE SAWSDRILL PRESSTHICKNESS PLANERBELT AND SPINDLE SANDERPNEUMATIC NAILERSHAND TOOLSJOINTERCIRCULAR SAWBANDSAW ROUTER TABLE Instructor: Laura Pepper Cost: $25 for members, $75 for non-members
