The first step to achieve authentic leadership is to understand the relationship between your biological temperament you were born with and your character, that's built over time. This understanding will help you define the gap between the leader you are now and the one you want to be as well as create 2 steps to execute to close your gap. Step 1. You will leave with a way to build character on the foundation of your temperament. Most of us set goals without knowing who we really are and so they are not attached to our personal story or accomplishing our mission in life. Step 2. You will leave with an outline of your personal story and mission and a deadline to finish both and then set goals based on who you are. It will be a phenomenal experience. How will we do it? Starting with Alexandre Havard's book, From Temperament to Character and Immaculee Ilibagiza's book, Left to Tell, we'll convert the theoretical to practical application. How? We'll use the real-life authentic leadership of Immaculee as the example for us to achieve in our own way using Alex's authentic leadership process. The hybrid workshop will use the power of video, individual & small-group work with like-minded people, and move you forward in a way that will make you wanting more.
