Our God-Given Rights in America: The right to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of HAPPINESS.
So, regarding unborn children, the question was raised in Congress.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was asked a question: When is a life considered a LIFE?
At what point can we say that an unborn child is definitely alive and human?
Do unborn babies have a "Right to Life", as the Constitution says?
Nancy Pelosi wouldn't answer the question, she sat there silently.
So then, the question was asked to ALL democrats in the room; When is a life, considered LIFE ??
Complete silence.
The Democrats collectively were not willing to declare when an unborn baby is "alive", because that becomes a legal problem.
You see, when a pregnant mother gets murdered and her baby also dies, the killer is usually charged with DOUBLE HOMICIDE.
So, according to past court cases, a baby can be considered a "life", if they are killed in the womb.
So, again, when is a life actually considered to be 'life'?
It's an excellent question and one that Democrats refuse to answer.
Do unborn children have a Constitutional 'right to life' ?? If so, at what point during the pregnancy does that occur?
