Soulful Sisterhood Sunday is a safe & liberating space designed for women to move, dance, explore, play and connect through a mix of mindful movement. The class features dance movements and light stretching, that reconnects you to your body and whole self. This fun-filled class is a safe and soulful space to start the new week with intention, positivity and recharge. Class ends with tea and connection circle in the garden.
