Hi, I'm looking for a unique rental situation in the Walnut Creek / Lafayette / Alamo area where I can write / record some music as well. I was raised in the area, I'm a male musician/songwriter that had been working in Nashville prior to the pandemic. I’m looking to set up a small home studio (very basic, mostly acoustic guitar/ keyboard based - fairly quiet /no drums or big amps), and record 10 or so songs to license out and shop around. I'm hoping to find a private house / cottage / guest house / in law unit / bungalow/ etc that would be conducive to this. 1 bdrm + office, or 2 bdrm, w/ small private yard, outdoor area would be ideal. Furnished or unfurnished. I have one small very clean/fully house trained cat to take of as well. I'm able to afford up to $2500/mo., 6 mo lease or possibly longer.
