So, we’ve designed the Wine FUNdamental series to be entertaining while still educational. You'll learn how varietals, regions and the process shapes a wine’s character. Learn the difference between the Old World vs the New World model. You’ll gain an overview of New World wines (California, Oregon, Australian, South America) and Old World wines (France, Italy, Spain, Germany). Class includes lecture, 6 wines and food.
