We are a mobile, marine detailing (wash downs & buff/polish/wax/ceramic) company based out of Ft. Lauderdale, that has been providing high quality detailing services for the past 16+ years on all size boats and RV's. We offer paid training and industry-leading wages, plus healthcare and holiday pay (after 3 months' probation). Please send an outline of your previous work history to: [email protected] Please provide a telephone number and email address to receive a full job outline. 1) POSITIONS OPEN TO BOTH HARD-WORKING ENTRY LEVEL/INEXPERIENCED INDIVIDUALS & EXPERIENCED CAR OR BOAT DETAILERS - Permanent, all year-round employment with a target minimum of 37.5hrs per week. - Paid during comprehensive training program. - Paid initially as 1099/ sub-contractor. After 3 months' probation, can switch to W2. 2) COMPETITIVE PAY WITH BENEFITS - Experienced with >1 year - pay rate discussed at the interview. Up to $21.00 per hour or $787.50 to start. - Entry level detailer's start at $15.00 per hour or $562.50 during initial 3-month training program. - Weekly paycheck. - Health Care plan & holiday pay available. 3) MONDAY TO FRIDAY SCHEDULE - Monday to Friday (Generally between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.). - Weekends off, other than during boat show season. - Additional hours available during extended weekdays and weekends. 4) FANTASTIC WORK ENVIRONMENT - Working with other professional detailers in beautiful outside surroundings & on the water! - Shared values with a love for detailing. 5) BASIC REQUIREMENT'S - U.S. Citizen, Green Card or E.A.D./work permit holder. - Preferably speaks at least basic English. - Have your own reliable car or truck and valid, clean driving license. - Must be reliable, dependable and on-time. - Able to follow directions & work well in a team. - Able to produce consistently high, quality detailed work outside in hot temperatures all-year round. - Conform to our Drug Free Workplace program. 6) CAREER BUILDING - Opportunities to grow your skill level so you can lead teams in other areas within Southeast Florida.
