The Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. This FREE event will focus on Food & Nutrition. We are excited to partner with the Cooking Matters Class offered by Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC. Some demonstrations will be hands on and will teach you how to make better choices for your family's nutrition and health.
