The crown prince told the president that the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi was a painful episode for Saudi Arabia and that the United States had also made mistakes, including in Iraq. Biden laid out a deal for more oil but will not wait forever. Biden has not reduced exporting oil and is now tapping into our Nation emergency reserves of oil her in America.
