Full day of chess! We have 3-rounds for the day with time control (or game clock) at 85 minutes with 5-second delay for each side. (Beginner section has 4-rounds of Game 45 minutes with 5-second delay.) Entry fee: $30 by midnight Friday before day of tournament. ($40 for same day registration) Over-the-board chess tournament at the chess club at 5246 Lampson Ave. Garden Grove, CA 92845. Parking is free. Bring your own tournament-regulation chess sets and clock if available. Round 1 starts at 10 am. If all the players finish the round early, the next game will be played as soon as possible.
