Need someone with brush hog to mow large lawns!

Stanwood. NEED someone with tractor/brush hog to mow high grass in a huge 100' x 100' lawn and another one about that large behind a fenced area, and in front of the fenced area. Will probably take about 4 hours. Willing to pay $100 hr. plus reasonable delivery fee to mow. I also need someone with a track hoe to take down a burned building up on old highway 99 in Stanwood, will take about 3-4 days (will provide the dumpster). If you don't have a tractor/brush hog or track hoe do you know someone? I need a bid to take down the burned building and we are ready to hire right away! Thank you!
