Mr. Charles E. Scott, Jr. is a Master in Tang Soo Do, an internationally recognized Martial Art . He has competed nationally and internationally during his Martial Arts career, winning one international title and five National titles. In addition, Master Scott retired as the World Karate Organization (WKO) Cruiser weight champion. He is the California State Director of R.A.D (Rape Aggression Defense), which is nationally recognized by law enforcement agencies, colleges, and universities. He is a certified R.A.D (Rape Aggression Defense) Instructor since 1998 as well as an instructor trainer. He is also a radKIDS (resisting aggression defensively) Instructor since 2000.
