Sweet one year old Pom-chi mix puppy

I’m heartbroken to write this, but I think it’s time to look for a home for our one year old Pomeranian chihuahua mixed breed puppy. I’m juggling her and a 2 year old human, and I just feel like she deserves better. Poppy is sweet, cuddly, and playful. She’s been through puppy school and knows basic commands like sit, down, come, leave-it, etc. She’s crate trained, UTD on shots, spayed, recently had flea medicine, vet records are available. She had to have dental surgery a couple months ago because she had 3 puppy teeth that never fell out, but the issue is resolved. She’s completely healthy. She loves kids and other dogs, but is pretty small (only 9 lbs) so she needs a playmate who won’t hurt her. We have two cats - she tries to play with one of them, but is terrified of the other. She loves to go on hikes and walks. She’s extremely trainable and learns fast. She comes with treats, collar, leash, and plenty of food. Possibly flea meds and her crate. Rehoming fee applies. I just want to find her an amazing forever family.
