Anyone have experience filing a Tort against the VA hospital ?

Veteran here needs help filing a tort against VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System. I've been going to the VA hospital for health care or lack of since 2017 complaining of gut pain, bloating,and gas and they've still yet diagnosed the problem. The pain and bloating caused me to go from 48 hrs of work a week to 18 to 23 hrs a week and actually cost me my job. Therefore I'd like to file a legal tort against them and need help. Thanks in advance!
