Partnership in Property Commercial Land Trust (PIPCLT) is hosting a launch event on Thursday, August 11th, 2022. This event is an opportunity for PIPCLT to introduce our organization to community and stake holders as well as highlight the milestones of transitioning this work from an initiative of City of Lakes Community Land Trust (CLCLT) to an independent 501c3! A brief meeting will be immediately followed by live music and entertainment, food trucks, and a northside BIPOC vendor marketplace! NOTE: The 1st 150 attendees through the door will receive a curated box of Northside and BIPOC-created goodies. The boxes are created by Markella Smith of The Dream Shop!
