Our training philosophy is simple: We use the sport-science method of progressive overload, which pushes you to gradually increase your workout load every week to prevent from plateauing or stalling. Our tracking technology enables us to challenge you with each work out so you train hard, train smart, and get the most out of every workout.
About the Forge Training Camp
During out Training Camp you will not only push your limits, but have fun while doing it by seeing how you stack up in a leaderboard with your friends.
- You have been invited to this exclusive and invite-only training camp because someone believes you embody the principles of holistic fitness- and; therefore, are up for this challenge.
- If this is your first session, please arrive promptly 15 minutes before the training camp starts in order to perform your fitness assessment.
- Please arrive promptly to the training camp. We start at 12pm sharp.
- As this is our beta version of the Training Camp, we will be limiting our slots to the first 16 people who RSVP every week.
- There will be prizes for the winning team who posts the highest Power score for the week. Invite your friends to form that winning roster.
