Maintenance/handyman wanted for miscellaneous maintenance of 4 rental units 70130 & 70125. Must have transportation, tools, & ladders. I pay by the hour, not by the job, minimum 1 hour, however, most repairs are more than an hour. Typical jobs include cleaning gutters. painting and other things required to prep for a new tenant when a unit is vacant. Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry e.g. replaceing light switch/receptacles, fixing/replacing leaking faucets, running toilets, sheetrock repair, light carpentry work. I prefer someone who does this as a business and wants more customers, but am not opposed to someone who has a full time job and does this as a sideline. Please respond with;
