No one looks at a commercial construction site and say thats a lot of windows and they all need blinds. Thats exactly why this industry needs more tradesmen willing to learn a skilled trade. B&G Blinds is a fast pace, growing, professional, continuous work year round job that needs more installers. Our team of 8 currently meet at the shop in crofton at 6am, gather the needed tools and materials for the day and work all over the DC, MD and VA areas. B&G Blinds is actively working on the largest commercial construction projects throughout the area. Not only are we busy year long but we also offer opportunities to travel. We will be traveling to Miami in the next month to install drapes at a hotel. We are looking for admin secretary, estimators, project managers, lead technicians, junior installers and general labor. Must have license and transportation. Tools are a plus but not neccessary. Clean background is also a plus for our Military and Government projects. We are also looking to add a secretary position with standard admin duties, a project manager to oversee projects currently on the backlog and an estimator to continue pursuing further opportunities.
