FREE Yoga at Palmer Park in partnership with the People for Palmer Park Day: Saturday Dates: June 4 -September 3, 2022, No Class July 30 (due to PGA Tour) 
Time: 9:00-10:00am 
Guided by Yoganic Flow Instructors 
Place: PALMER PARK 
910 Merrill Plaissance, Detroit, MI 48203 Classes are outside, near the garden and at the end of the Splash Park parking lot on Merrill Plaisance (near the intersection of Pontchartrain), south of Seven Mile and west of Woodward Ave. 
Format: Hatha Yoga.
This is a traditional yoga class for all levels. 
Membership & Cost: FREE! 
 
What to bring: Yoga Mat if you have one. Kids: Youth ages 6 and up are welcomed to join the class as long as they can remain quiet the entire hour.
