Description
Very very very disappointed in the service and urgency of the urgent care at Trinity in Bettendorf!
Staff should be disappointed in their leadership and disgusted with how many patients they have to turn away in a given day.
I went to the Emergency room for my back. I am a grown man in my 30’s. I am in lot of pain and tried my damndest to not cry and breaking down in the emergency room waiting lobby. I held my composure as hours past…… quite literally seven different patients that came after me ended up leaving because they weren’t seen in a timely manner! I waited three and a half hours before being told it could be several more hours. What???
Maybe I should have told them I have served in Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and my back pain stems from being blown up on one too many occasions. I shed so much blood sweat and tears for my people and my community and this is how I (we) are all repaid. Waiting for hours and not being seen!
Doctors, nurses, coordinators and even the janitorial staff should be scheduled in higher volume on the weekends. Truly a disappointing and sad experience.
Oh and to the poor woman who was in a car accident and in tears. I am so sorry they had to turn you away as well. Waiting in the lobby for hours with a neck brace on and not being able to be seen was just absurd!
Just a very sad and disappointing day. I very much hope somebody of some importance sees this and makes some very real changes for the better! Until then, be ashamed!
