Hiring for Scraper, Push Cat, and other Operators

Looking for experienced operators to fill some seats for a project we have in Berthoud. HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: FOREMAN 28.00+ (Must be safety oriented, able to run a scraper spread productively, complete daily reports, quantity tracking, change orders, set up GPS, set cut/fill and limit stakes, read prints, have good communication, schedule repairs/maintenance for equipment on site. Company truck and fuel card provided.) SCRAPER 19.00+ (Must work safe, check fluids daily, complete inspection reports daily, acknowledge issues and repairs needed with equipment, understand cut/fill stakes, clean cabs, good communication, and team player.) PUSH CAT 23.00+ (Must work safe, understand cut stakes, push scrapers efficiently and know how to run a cut, check fluids daily, complete inspection reports daily, acknowledge issues and repairs needed with equipment, set up GPS and machine control, good communication, and team player.) FINISH DOZER 23.00+ (Must work safe, understand cut/fill stakes, clean up slopes and site, assist scrapers with fill, check fluids daily, complete inspection reports daily, acknowledge issues and repairs needed with equipment, set up GPS and machine control, good communication, and team player.) TRACTOR/DISC 18.00+ (Must work safe, understand processing material,check fluids daily, complete inspection reports daily, acknowledge issues and repairs needed with equipment, clean cab and windows, good communication, and team player.) WATER TRUCK 23.00+ (Must work safe, understand moisture content and dust suppression (we keep our dozer operators clean), check fluids daily, complete inspection reports daily, acknowledge issues and repairs needed with equipment, clean cab and windows, good communication, and team player. This position is very important and we keep the truck moving all day.) We are a small Earthmoving company out of Denver. We run all 621E scrapers. Our cushion dozers are D9G/H models and D5H, D6R finish dozers are all OPEN ROPS so, if that's a problem please, don't apply. We use TOPCON GPS. (indicate on the push cats and auto's on the finish dozers.) Experience with GPS is a plus. Our goal is to keep a good environment and make the workplace the best we can. We provide water daily and buy lunch on Fridays. New employees receive a 1-hard hat, 1-vest, 1-pair safety glasses (clear or tinted lenses), and 1- pair gloves. All we ask is show up on time, work safe, take care of your machine, and get along the best you can. Keep in mind there's plenty of opportunity as we grow. We Offer: Competitive wages for experience. 85/15 insurance after 60 days. 1 week paid vacation after 8 months. 45-55 hours a week is roughly what we work. (Due to complaints working past 5:00pm, we gave up.) Pre Employment and random drug testing in required. We do not test for Marijuana due to the legality.
