Guitarist/Bassist Seeks Practice/Studio Space

Guitarist/Bassist is looking for a regular daily practice space or studio to work in. I can play quietly with minimal or no gear at all, except acoustic guitar. I’m in HoCo but will travel to Baltimore Co. or City. I would prefer morning to afternoon availability. I can pay with coffee and dounuts daily. I know, some nerve but all I can do is ask.
