Ignorance of the law is no excuse. A president can only order an illegal act like attacking The Capital under a very few circumstances. And that wasn't one of them.
That makes it treason. They should hang. They're lucky it dems prosecuting them.
If it had been us. The reps would have shot and hanged all of us.
