Lost cat since 7/1

Hello everyone, my cat Piri has been missing since 7/1/22. I am offering a $500 dollar reward for her return and information to find her. She is 7-year-old cat who is spayed and fixed with a brown mark on the left side of her mouth white paws, white chest, and white on her eyes and mouth area. In earlier posts it explains how she was taken by my neighbor and dumped on 7/1 around Emerson St and Stathem Ave near Rose Ave in Oxnard, but her residence area is Kern St and Teakwood St in Oxnard. I am trying to spread her info to see if anyone happens to come across her. We have been searching and doing everything that we can do but still no luck. Would appreciate if anyone can share. If you see a cat like her if you could message me, thank you everyone.
