Seeking CRT TV repair, onboard tuner solder work

Description

Hello, I am searching for someone with experience doing solder repairs on old CRT TVs, particularly someone with experience fixing bad solder joints on onboard tuners. If you've worked on RCA TVs from the mid-90s, you probably know the problem. I have a 1995 RCA TV that needs work on the onboard tuner solder connections. The on-screen menus are crystal clear, but there's lots of interference/fuzz in the image coming in through the tuner. The chassis number is CTC175C2, the model number is F19201BK, and the service number is F19201BKTX2. This is a well-known, widely documented manufacturing defect on Thomson TVs from this era. I have a web link to share with TONS of information, diagrams, etc about the issue my TV has, but I don't feel confident enough with my skills to attempt this repair myself. I would like to hire someone who is familiar with these TVs or who is skilled making solder repairs. I'm trying to save a gaming CRT with a good, low-use tube from going in the dump because of cracked solder. Thanks for considering!
