Don’t be a hater if you can’t house a puppy properly. Nothing wrong with living anywhere, even homeless, but you must provide enough space and time for a puppy. And due to special circumstance, this puppy needs to go a home where she is the only pet. You don’t want your pet or the puppy to get anxiety. She is shy and warms up to anyone slowly. No puppy abuse. Hence, the rehoming fee. And just because you can’t house her properly and block others to have opportunities to step in to be a good care taker.
