Threo is in search of a Brand Ambassador in Vancouver Washington area to attend pre-scheduled networking events to generate leads for the corporate office through ongoing relationships with prospective customers. This brand Ambassador will also be able to set appointments via Social Media outreach. This position is focused on the sales growth of our bookkeeping, payroll and tax accounting services. Logistics of the position Pay: • Compensation will comprise of an hourly base + sales commission. The base pay is strong and will increases based on sales performance. We pay 1099 every other week via direct deposit. Flexible Schedule: • Long term weekly role that requires a minimum of 3 hours a week to attend a Business Networking Event. However the role could quickly evolve into a part time, or full time business development role. • Manage your own schedule, set appointments, and operate with minimum supervision. Growth • Opportunity for growth into a business development representative, a sales closer or a management role. Role: • Drive brand awareness and lead generation through networking, leads groups (BNI), and social media appointments. • Partner with the Sales Closers to introduce and nurture client prospects through the entirety of the sales process from identifying client lead, running the initial discovery calls, and closing the sale. • Work strategically with the Financial Operations team and ensure a successful handoff from the sales process to implementation. Attributes that will be helpful to the success of this position include: • General knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus • Strong business acumen and superior relationship building skills • A dedicated distraction free workspace with access to reliable, high-speed internet connection, have your own computer and reliable vehicle. • Proficient in conducting Zoom meetings. • Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our customer's business needs. • Hunter business development experience with advanced closure capabilities.
