We refine high sulfur content oil every day, Where did you get the idea that America and Americans are incapable of refining high sulfur content crude but other countries are able to? Most of the crude we import every day is higher in sulfur content than the west Texas sweet crude.
Why would we buy and store for emergencies oil that we can't refine?
Why would we import crude that has as much sulfur content as what biden and his son hunter sold to china?
For goodness sake, if you have no idea what you are talking about, perhaps it's best that you sit down and shut the pluck up.
