I am looking for a physically fit assistant that can help me directly with a large variety of small farm tasks, such as: clearing brush, stacking firewood, carrying fence panels, digging post holes, sweeping out buildings, piling up scrap metal, loading trucks,... never ending. Willing to pay up to $25/hour, cash each day, for full effort (first hour = $10). I have been doing this for many years so I know what a full effort looks like. Best if you live near Middleton, and can pop over for scheduled 4 hour increments. If all goes well, this arrangement can last for years. If skilled we can expand the role. No smoking.
