Need a skilled Laborer to help rehab an investment property I just purchased. Must have experience in rehab/remodeling and pass an oral interview. I pay 150/Day 7Hrs/Day 3/Days a week plus a 100/Month bonus. Your choice if you want more days or need availability to work on other gigs. Must have basic tools.
