I recently got custody of 2 of my grandchildren. Right before I got custody I purchased a American bully LT. I was told was 8 weeks old at the time, once I got her home my son told me it was more like 4 or 5 weeks. We have had her now for 2 months. We also have, Bruno a Jack Russell mix (don't know with what) Bruno is trained and great with kids he will be 2 yrs on the 25th. I have missed a significant amount of work since the kids have been placed with me. Lola Bell, the puppy wants to jump and play with the kids ages 1 and 4 and take their food and treats, they do not like it.. I haven't been able to get Lola shots yet, I did deworm her. Bruno is due for his shots. I believe the 1 yr old may be allergic to Bruno, she is always hugging, kissing and laying on him and has had runny nose and cough since she came to live with me. I am needing to re-home both. I was hoping my son could take Bruno until the DCFS case is closed but neither him nor I have the $400 pet deposit. They don't have to stay together. Before all the negative comments, I do not want to re-home my dogs and i had the time and money to care for them before the girls were placed in my custody. So I do need to put them first. I will be selective of where they go and am asking for a rehoming fee for both.
