Original Rock/Pop Band Seeks Keyboardist

KEYBOARD/SYNTH PLAYER WANTED Hello! We are an established band called Of The Roses. We are two guitarists/vocalists (Josh and Serenity, who lead and are the main songwriters), and a drummer. We are looking for a keyboardist to be a part of our band, live performances, and for going into the studio. If you can do backing vocals, that would be great, but not a requirement. We sound like: power pop, art rock/pop, alternative rock, and punk/post-punk. We love: Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, St. Vincent, Talking Heads, Franz Ferdinand, as well as take influence from Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Beatles, Oasis, Pixies, and more. We like to experiment with different genres, but we're a rock band at heart. We would like for you to be able to play a wide range of styles on keys, from Sparks and Warren Zevon-esque piano accompaniment, to Brian Eno synth craziness, to simple lead and fill-the-space kind of lines. Sometimes the parts will already be written (for you to apply your own style to it) but most of the time we'll ask you to write some. Pro/Semi-Pro gear and pro attitude preferred.
