Description

Due to a change in our family situation, we're forced to rehome our Australian Shepherd. She is pure according to the breeder we got her from, but we have no papers. She's an excellent dog, knows some basic commands, but is very high strung and can get a little distracted at times. She's crate trained, and will get mischievous and destructive if left alone unsupervised for too long (i.e. leave her outside her crate while you go to the store or something). She would be best in a home with a big, fenced in yard for her to run in to get her energy out, and in a home with no other dogs. Cats are OK, as are small kids. She is very gentle and loving. She tries to act like a lap dog but if you don't want her on you, she understands down. Does OK on a leash, but is excellent with a harness and leash. She is NOT fixed!! We were going to breed her with another dog in the extended family but never got an opportunity to. Asking a rehome fee of $100, and will provide a large crate, harness, and leash.
