Rehoming late brothers cats

I have token in my late brothers cats from his fiance. She Guaranteed that they were good with dogs unfortunately they are not. I need to find a new home for them. And she will not take them back. Other then attacking my dog they are good cats. They use the litter box and love affection. I know little information about them and she is unwilling to contact me about them. They are 6 to 7 years old females and are not fixed.
