Female singer needed for original project

My name is James Greiner. I would like to work with a tenor or soprano singer who can cover the notes from E to B above treble C comfortably. I can cover those notes with my falsetto voice, but I believe that another singer who can cover those notes in her natural voice would be a great help. The best example of what I would like to do vocally (between the male and female voice) is the band, Of Monsters and Men, although my music isn't exactly like them. I should add that any type of female voice is welcome to apply. My best talent is songwriting. I am currently working with a music management company in the U.K. who has great faith in my songwriting. Although there are no guarantees of anything of course, I believe that if I can find the right additional female lead singer, this could lead to something successful.
