Must be "reliable", have a valid driver's license and vehicle. All properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking while working. I have part time work on Mondays & Wednesdays (sometime Tuesdays) during the day only, 10- 12 hours a week. No weekends or nights. Yard work, help organizing basements. No slouches. Having basic mechanical skills to maintain rental is not necessary but a plus.
